SBC Field Trip to Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge, VA. Chincoteague was very windy and chilly and the water was very high! Our first stop was at Queen Sound where we found 7 species: eBird checklist. Then we moved on to the NWR for a few more hours of birding. Highlights included a Chestnut-sided Warbler and a Little Blue Heron: eBird checklist .
