SBC Field Trip to Indian River Inlet & Burton Island with 24 participants. We first birded the south day use area and then made our way to the Burton Island causeway. Highlight: we had a long close up look at a group of 4-6 Nelson's Sparrows at the first B.I. boardwalk. Air about 50F, breezy, partly cloudy with mist early; trails on Island very wet. There are 2 eBird checklists: Indian River Inlet & Burton Island Causeway.
