Redden State Forest HQ & Jester Tracts, April 21, 2022

Thursday, April 21, 2022 was a beautiful spring day for our SBC field trip to Redden State Forest. 22 participants met at the HQ at 7:45AM. We walked to the Lodge then past the Ed Trail intersection with the main trail the to the boardwalk and back to the parking lot. One highlight was a clear view of an active Blue-gray Gnatcatcher nest. eBird checklist for HQ Tract.
About 10 birders continued on to the Jester Tract.
